Our consortium continues to actively engage with our sister projects—ten initiatives funded under the same call—to foster collaboration and share insights. To date, we have convened on three occasions:
- European Robotics Forum (ERF) 2024: Held from March 13 to 15, 2024, in Rimini, Italy, this event provided an excellent platform for initial discussions and networking among the sister projects.
- “Future-Ready: On-Demand Solutions with AI, Data, and Robotics” Workshop: Conducted on February 18 and 19, 2025, in Brussels, this specialized workshop enabled deeper exploration of collaboration opportunities and the exchange of strategic perspectives.
- European Robotics Forum (ERF) 2025: Most recently, we gathered at ERF 2025, held from March 25 to 27, 2025, in Stuttgart, Germany. This meeting offered a valuable opportunity to advance discussions on the development of joint modules and to explore possible directions for more integrated collaboration.
Looking ahead, we have scheduled an online meeting in May 2025 to continue exploring the development of joint modules—an area that holds strong potential for delivering some of the most concrete and meaningful outcomes of our collaboration.
In addition to this, the sister projects plan to reconvene at the AI, Data, and Robotics Forum (ADRF 2025), set for September 23 and 24, 2025, in Stavanger, Norway. This forum will provide an opportunity to take stock of progress and refine our shared roadmap.
Finally, we anticipate joining forces again at the European Robotics Forum 2026, in Stavanger, Norway.
These ongoing interactions underscore our commitment to building a cohesive and forward-looking robotics community, leveraging collective expertise to drive innovation and impact at the European level.
